Shipping Policy

Orders typically take up to 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS. We begin processing orders a day after your order is received. Made-to-Order (M.T.O) products may take an additional 1-3 days to process. Orders placed as PRE-ORDERS may take up to an additional 7-10 days to process. Once your order has shipped, a notification email will be sent along with a Tracking Number to the email address provided during checkout. Pickup Orders will receive an “order ready” email to the email provided during checkout once your order is ready to be picked up at the shop located in Richardson, TX.

We ship to the United States and the U.S. territories currently using USPS shipping services. Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days after the shipment has been confirmed. If you have not received your package within 8 days after the shipment was placed, contact the carrier or email us at support@tyneesloclove.com for further assistance.

We guarantee the delivery of all orders. Orders that are lost or damaged by the carrier or that have been stolen will be replaced at no cost, after we receive the submission of a photo image of the damaged product. There will be no free replacement for orders that have been misdelivered or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address that was submitted with the order. These orders can be replaced if customer pays an additional shipping fee. It is YOUR responsibility to provide the correct address at checkout. We cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be updated once the order has been placed. If the order has been shipped, please contact the carrier in order to update the shipping address. Refunds will not be issued for orders that are shipped to the most updated address provided by the customer. We will not refund or replace orders that are returned due to a miscomputed shipping address.

Keep in mind that some products are sensitive to extreme temperatures and can lose their value if placed in areas with temperatures above or below average room temperature (about 67℉ to 75℉) for more than half an hour. It is best to make sure someone is home to receive the packages once they have been delivered.

Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase from tyneesloclove.com. Our company does not accept any returns or exchanges due to the nature of the products. Orders are final once they are placed; no changes or cancellations can be made. However, if your order has not been shipped, we may be able to change the shipping address. Tynee’s Loc Love, LLC is not responsible for any discount codes, promotions, fees, or funds lost due to incorrectly inputted codes during checkout.

Subscription Products

You can only purchase one subscription product at a time and cannot include any other products during the transaction. The credit card used to purchase the subscription will be saved to your account and will be charged for each subscription renewal payment.

You will be able to view and cancel your subscriptions via your account. You will also be able to edit your payment info via your account. To change the shipping address for a subscription, you must cancel the subscription and resubscribe to the product using the new address.

By default, subscriptions renew indefinitely. You may cancel a subscription by logging into your account at www.tyneesloclove.com. Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel the most recent order. If you need to cancel an order, but would like to continue with future subscription renewals, please contact support at support@tyneesloclove.com. Your order will be refunded.

If you need to delay a subscription to a different date and time, please contact support. Delaying a subscription will affect all future subscription renewals.
